As a body of believers we are "made for missions" and the missions comittee is busy all year long with various mission projects  that YOU can be involved in also!!!  The goal of missions is to relieve suffering in the world, introduce people to Jesus Christ in a positive way, and to disciple people.  Our Mission statement is probably best summed up in Matthew 25: 34-40.
